Day 5, Arachova


On the way from Meteora to Delphi. We stopped at a highway rest area.
Many highway shops sell jars of fruits preserved in sugar syrup (I think they are called Glyko).
Greek not only are heavy with salt, they also consume a lot of sugar.


Bus driving through Mount Parnassos to reach Delphi. 


We stopped at a beautiful seaside resort town, Itea, for lunch.
Itea is 30 minutes from Delphi. The sea by the restaurant is Gulf of Corinth.
