10/19/22, Day 9, Schubert and Vienna Woods
Schubert's last-residence museum.
(The building flying Austrian flags.)
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (American's 3rd floor.)
You'll have to ring a doorbell to be admitted from the street to the building.
Then ring another doorbell to be admitted to go up to the 2nd floor museum.
(The museum was only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the time when we were there.)
Then climb these winding stairs 3 flights up to the museum on the 2nd floor.
This museum attendant thought we were Japanese!
(So that he could hand us a pamphlet in the language we understood.)
From one room looking into the other.

The helpful Viennese gentleman who guided us this afternoon.
In Heuriger Zum Martin Sepp.
We chose to sit in the bar area (instead of the dining room), thinking we'd just order
a beverage and dessert.
The garden dining area outside looked lovely too.
MC chose a pot of green tea and VT ordered a glass of white wine.

We ordered a "Martin Sepp Plate" and a "Fried Fillet of Trout" to share.
VT does not eat fatty pork, so MC had the Pork Loin with its crispy skin all
to herself. Delicious!!
Before leaving, we took a photo at the entrance of Zum Martin Sepp.
Grinzing town center in the dusk.
